I'm still curious about the Google Sandbox. Therefore I tried to find out what it is Google Sandbox.
Google Sandbox theory developed by search engine optimisers to answer the observed behavior of different rank with Google. According to this theory, new sites are included in "Sandbox", such as young children, before they are allowed to play with children who were older (similar to the more established sites).
What is Google Sandbox?
Sandbox is basically a filter that was created by Google to avoid spam from search results by unscrupulous webmasters.
Before the sandbox is created, most of the new site can rank fairly quickly, which allows a certain "Black Hat" SEO professionals to make money quickly with the rank of a new site in the Google index for highly competitive keywords, and then cashing before google stuck with engineering spam them. This domain has been registered usually only for a short time, exploited a loophole in Google's algorithms and rely on a sudden burst of traffic over a limited period of their lives.
By creating a delay that prevents aging of the most recent site of the rank immediately for competitive keywords, Google more effectively ruined the breed of webmasters who try to build a site with short-term profits in mind. Many skeptics have questioned the existence of the sandbox in the past. However, with the last publication of the patent, Google has virtually admitted that the existing filters that prevent sites from ranking relatively new.
Site How Can Hit The Sandbox?
Most websites under one year who have a high Google PageRank, incoming links and lots of pretty good position in search results on Yahoo and MSN, but do not appear significantly in the Google results for keywords that are most important may be in-sandbox.
Sites targeting competitive keywords are more likely to be placed in the sandbox and for a longer duration. Most common sites sandboxed only 2 or 3 months. But the site in a competitive industry can be placed in the sandbox for 9 months or even a year.
Avoiding The Google Sandbox
Domains that have been sandboxed have little choice but to wait. Period of waiting was worth it though. Everything is the owner of the site during this period will not affect the ranking of the site eventually. This is the period where SEO should continue to optimize the site with more content and better, and get new relevant Back Link to the page in the website.
Not all the new sites will be placed in the Google sandbox. Several techniques can help to pull the site out of the sandbox before:
· Increase the number of relevant backlinks, especially from authoritative sites
· Add useful content, content-rich or original. Buying old domain and build a new site along the same theme
· Using 100% natural techniques SEO
· Choosing a web hosting company that does not receive spam pages, pornographic or door
Aging Delay for Link
More recently, Google introduced a new incoming link filter / aging. Google patent recently explained that when evaluating the link considers the number of them, the sources and their age.
A new page with lots of backlinks may indicate spam link if done poorly or artificially. However, the new site will benefit from the backlink can enjoy a better ranking than older pages with backlinks more if the "link to the former growth rate is relatively higher than the last one". Link growth should always be natural exponential, rather than in discrete steps. If the number of backlinks for the page grows too quickly, Google will consider it a spam link and will penalize sites with a lower rank for a certain period.
In both cases, though, get a new one-way inbound link is always a good thing in the long run. One need only remember that the "value" of each link will grow progressively with age.
